Planning History
In 2006, the City of Lancaster, CA embarked on the planning process for the Master Plan for Lancaster’s Parks, Recreation & Arts. The City hired the Berkley based planning firm Moore Iacofano Goltsman, Inc. (MIG) to work with the Department of Parks, Recreation and Arts to develop the master plan. Throughout the development, the City and MIG will emphasize involving the community to inform the plan and identify the needs, priorities and vision of the community.
